Reset a Locked Batch Status

Symptoms


You want to reset a locked Batches status i.e. if a user’s machine crashed and they are locking a batch.



Resolution


  1. Open your .NET configuration database


  1. Open the AD_Definition_Batch table




  1. Go to the record for the locked batch and set the Status, LockedByAppID and LockedbyUserID to 0.
