KB - Error logging into AdestWeb "Service call (None)"



ERROR MESSAGE: ‘Service Call None’



OR

[HttpWebRequest_WebException_RemoteServer]

Arguments: NotFound

This can be caused by Temporary ASP.Net files. 

The resolution is as follows.


STEP 1

Go to “c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files” (Assuming it is a 64bit machine, otherwise its in Framework)

Here you will find an AdestWeb folder.

Delete it and restart IIS.

You should now be able to log into Adest Web.
