Clearing Cache on Adest Desktop Client

Clearing Cache on Adest Desktop Client

On the bottom right hand side of the login screen you should see a small yellow folder with a picture of a bin on it.

Clicking on this button will clear the cache.

If you have auto-login you won't see this window but you can clear the cache an alternative way:

On your keyboard hold down the key on the bottom row with the Windows logo on it. Whilst holding that down press 'R' on the keyboard also. This will display a Run box on your monitor.

In there type in:
C:\Users\<Your Windows Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adest

In here you will see a 'Cache' folder. You can delete this.

If this does not clear your issue, please log a ticket with Helpdesk.
